Nicotine Kills seeks to create awareness within the local community and with the tourists who visit us each year of why it is important to NOT THROW CIGARETTE BUTTS ON THE GROUND because of the damage to the health of us all and the animals that we love so much.
I have given several presentations and workshops for students -who are the future- as well as to doctors and the general public that visit my information tent at the main dock in Puerto Ayora.
For more information:
Every morning I walk the streets of my beloved Puerto Ayora, picking up cigarette butts that unthinking “bad” smokers have left in the street. (Good smokers remember to not throw the cigarette butts on the ground, excellent smokers doesn't smoke at all.)
I have already collected more than 315,000 butts.
I encourage you to help me with this cause.
